Drugowitsch Lab is relocating to Barcelona in Spring 2027

After ten years at Harvard University, the Drugowitsch Lab will relocate to Barcelona in Spring 2027. Jan Drugowitsch will take up an ICREA Research Professorship and the lab will join the Center for Brain and Cognition (CBC) and the Department of Engineering at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).

We are excited to become part of a vibrant research environment and to develop new collaborations within the CBC community, including with Núria Sebastián, Damián Blasi, Luca Bonatti, Gustavo Deco, Ruben Moreno-Bote, Salvador Soto, Chris Summerfield, and Juan Manuel Toro, as well as with the broader Barcelona Computational and Systems Neuroscience community.

The lab will remain based at Harvard through at least March 2027. Prospective PhD students and postdoctoral researchers interested in joining the lab in Barcelona are encouraged to learn more about our research focus and view our recent publications.
